Affordable San Antonio Party Bus Prices for Any Group
San Antonio party bus and charter bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Our current ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Busy dates — Fiesta San Antonio in April, Spurs playoff runs, prom season (April–May), and major conventions at the González Convention Center — push rates toward the top of those ranges, while midweek off-peak bookings trend lower. Weekend rates run 20–30% higher than weekday equivalents across the board. You will never be surprised by hidden costs — all-inclusive pricing is confirmed before you book.

Why We're San Antonio's Go-To Party Bus Company
Parking in downtown San Antonio is a genuine puzzle, even for locals who know the Alamo City well. Finding a spot near the River Walk on a Friday night, navigating the lot situation at the Alamodome on a packed event day, or trying to hail enough rideshares to move 25 people from a hotel on Commerce Street to a reception in Olmos Park — these are the headaches that turn a great night into a logistics nightmare. San Antonio Party Buses exists specifically so your group skips all of it.
Since 2011, we have coordinated thousands of trips across San Antonio and the Hill Country — Spurs game runs, quinceañera convoys, wedding shuttles between the St. Anthony Hotel and reception venues in Helotes, school field trips to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and winery tours winding through Fredericksburg on US-290. That experience shows up in the details: the right vehicle for your group size, a route that accounts for I-35 traffic during peak hours, and a 24/7 team that answers when you call at midnight to confirm your next-day airport pickup.
We offer a massive variety of vehicles, meaning you never have to pay for seats you do not actually need. Every quote is all-inclusive, delivered in under 30 seconds, with no obligation to commit. Call 361-371-4197 any time!
San Antonio Party Bus Services for Any Event
San Antonio Party Buses handles group transportation for every occasion across the Alamo City and the surrounding region. From airport transfers and corporate shuttles to winery tours, sporting events, and prom nights — whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 361-371-4197 to get your group moving today!

San Antonio Airport Shuttles & Transportation
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) (9800 Airport Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78216) handles roughly 4 million passengers annually. Commercial bus pickup is at the Ground Transportation area on the Arrivals level of both Terminal A and Terminal B — follow the Ground Transportation signs from baggage claim to the correct curbside lane. For groups, things go smoothest when everyone collects their luggage first and assembles before the bus is called; do not call for the vehicle until your full group is together with bags at the agreed-upon door.
SAT sits about 8 miles north of downtown via US-281 South — a 15- to 20-minute run in normal traffic that turns into a grind during morning rush on US-281 heading toward downtown. A charter bus or minibus takes care of that entirely: everyone rides together, the undercarriage bays handle the luggage, and the group arrives at the hotel or convention venue without coordinating a caravan of rideshares from multiple terminals. We also arrange long-distance airport transfers from Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS), about 80 miles northeast on I-35, for groups flying into Austin and continuing to San Antonio.
Call 361-371-4197 to book your San Antonio airport shuttle!

San Antonio Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
San Antonio's River Walk, Southtown arts district, and the Pearl Brewery make for a bachelorette itinerary that's hard to beat — a drag brunch at Heat Ultra Lounge, cocktails at The Esquire Tavern (155 E Commerce St, San Antonio, TX 78205) on the River Walk, dancing at Cowboys Dancehall (3030 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78218), and a late-night stop at The Rusty Nail in Southtown. Trying to navigate that circuit across three distinct neighborhoods in a convoy of Ubers — especially when downtown streets like Commerce and Losoya are packed on weekend nights — is the fastest way to lose half your group between stops.
A San Antonio party bus rental with built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound keeps the energy going between venues instead of dying at a street corner while everyone argues about the next rideshare. No drawing straws for who stays sober. Your group stays together from the first stop to the last, and the route is handled for you.
Call 361-371-4197 to book your bachelorette transportation in San Antonio!

San Antonio Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
San Antonio is one of the premier cities in the country for quinceañera celebrations, and a party bus arrival at the reception venue is one of the most memorable entrances your daughter can make. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are fully customizable — load a custom playlist, coordinate the color scheme, and request a white or silver bus to match your event colors. Whether the celebration is heading to a hall in Helotes, a ballroom at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio (600 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205), or a venue along the River Walk, we will match you with a vehicle sized to your group so no one pays for empty seats.
For milestone adult birthdays heading to rooftop cocktails at Bar 1919 (1420 S Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78210) in the Southtown arts district or late nights at Stay Golden Social Club, a party bus through San Antonio Party Buses takes care of pickup, drop-off, and getting across the city. You just arrive. Call 361-371-4197 to plan your San Antonio birthday celebration!

San Antonio Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Frost Bank Center (1 AT&T Center Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78219) hosts Spurs games and touring concerts year-round. The arena sits just east of downtown off I-37, and the surrounding surface lots fill fast on big show nights — AT&T Center Parkway backs up for a half-mile before major events, and rideshare pickup after the show is at a designated zone that puts a long walk between you and your car. A San Antonio concert bus rental drops your group at the designated curbside zone steps from the entrance and the bus waits nearby when the encore ends.
For stadium-scale shows at the Alamodome (100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203), the surrounding blocks along Market Street and I-37 access roads see heavy post-event congestion. The AT&T Center Amphitheater and outdoor festival stages across the city — particularly during Fiesta San Antonio each April — add extra demand spikes that make street parking nearly impossible and rideshare surge pricing a real budget concern. One party bus keeps your crew together from the first song to last call.
Call 361-371-4197 for concert transportation in San Antonio!

San Antonio Corporate Event Transportation
The Henry B. González Convention Center (900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205) sits on the eastern edge of downtown, where parking in the adjacent garages hits $20–$30 per day during major conventions and River Walk congestion makes surface lot alternatives impractical. A San Antonio charter bus rental runs the shuttle loop between partner hotels along Commerce Street and the Convention Center's Market Street entrances, keeping your attendees on schedule without anyone hunting for a garage spot.
Corporate groups shuttling between the San Antonio International Airport and properties in the South Texas Medical Center corridor — about 9 miles apart via Loop 410 West — benefit from a minibus that carries the whole team in one vehicle instead of staggering across multiple rideshares that may or may not arrive together. For executive leadership meetings or team off-sites at venues in the Hill Country, a charter bus with onboard WiFi and power outlets turns the 45-minute run on US-281 North into productive time. Call 361-371-4197 to discuss San Antonio corporate transportation!

San Antonio Private Event Transportation Services
Fiesta San Antonio — a 10-day citywide festival each April drawing over 3.5 million people — is the clearest example of why a private charter bus is a no-brainer for any group in the city that weekend. Closures along Broadway, St. Mary's Street, and Commerce Street during Fiesta parades and the Battle of Flowers route create gridlock across the entire downtown core, and street parking within walking distance of major Fiesta venues disappears hours before events begin. A private bus drops your group at the festival grounds and returns when you are ready, with none of the surge-priced rideshare scramble on the return trip.
Family reunions visiting the San Antonio Zoo (3903 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78212) and the nearby Japanese Tea Garden in Brackenridge Park, church groups heading to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower, or corporate groups taking a team-building day to Natural Bridge Caverns (26495 Natural Bridge Caverns Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266) — one charter bus keeps everyone together at a single predictable rate. Call 361-371-4197 to build your private event transportation plan!

San Antonio Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season (late April through May) is the single busiest window for party bus rentals across San Antonio and Bexar County. High schools throughout the metro — Roosevelt, Madison, O'Connor, Churchill, Warren, and dozens more — hold proms within the same compressed 6-week stretch, and demand spikes fast. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students, covering school pickup, a photo stop at the Japanese Tea Garden (3853 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78212), venue drop-off, and post-prom return, costs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months early — and $2,800–$3,500 or more at last-minute rates.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. San Antonio Party Buses works with parent committees and student groups across the metro to set up prom transportation that fits the itinerary and the budget. Lock in your date early — vehicles fill up quickly once the spring calendar fills.
Call 361-371-4197 today to secure your prom bus!

San Antonio School Event & Field Trip Transportation
San Antonio Party Buses coordinates school field trip transportation across Bexar County and the surrounding region. A trip to the Witte Museum (3801 Broadway St, San Antonio, TX 78209), the DoSeum (2800 Broadway St, San Antonio, TX 78209) for younger students, or a science day at Natural Bridge Caverns north of the city on I-35 — one charter bus handles pickup from the school loop, keeps students together during the visit, and returns everyone on schedule without the carpool back-and-forth that slows every field trip down.
Private charter buses give teachers and chaperones real advantages over standard yellow buses: TV monitors for educational content on the way out, overhead bins for lunchboxes and gear, and climate control that makes the ride back from Six Flags Fiesta Texas actually comfortable in the Texas summer heat. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — let us know before departure. For longer runs, onboard restrooms keep the day on track.
Call 361-371-4197 for school field trip bus rentals in San Antonio!

San Antonio Sporting Event Transportation
Spurs fans heading to Frost Bank Center (1 AT&T Center Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78219) know the drill: I-37 toward the arena backs up well before tip-off, the surface lots along AT&T Center Parkway fill fast, and post-game rideshare demand from the designated pickup zone means a long wait or a long walk. A San Antonio party bus or charter bus rental skips all of that — your group rides together, the pregame energy builds on the way over, and everyone gets home without navigating congested access roads at midnight.
Soccer fans heading to Toyota Field (4200 Pan Am Expy, San Antonio, TX 78218) for San Antonio FC matches should know that parking near the stadium along Pan American Expressway fills quickly on sellout nights, and the surrounding streets off I-410 East are not set up for pedestrian overflow. For Missions baseball at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium (5757 Hwy 90 W, San Antonio, TX 78227) on the west side, getting a group of 20 or more across town on US-90 without splitting into multiple vehicles is exactly the kind of problem a San Antonio charter bus rental solves in one call. Call 361-371-4197 to book your game-day transportation!

San Antonio Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A wedding shuttle in San Antonio keeps out-of-town guests from getting lost on the access roads between hotels along the River Walk and ceremony venues scattered across Bexar County. If you are hosting your ceremony at the Mission Concepción (807 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78210) in the Mission District and your reception at a venue in the Pearl District — about 5 miles apart through downtown — your guests should not be navigating that route in formalwear after cocktail hour.
A San Antonio wedding minibus or charter bus runs a clean loop from the hotel to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and a late-night return run for guests who need it. Nobody in your wedding party has to worry about parking on Mission Road or finding a rideshare at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right pick for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — premium leather, tinted windows, and enough room for the dresses.
Because San Antonio Party Buses has been coordinating group events since 2011, your wedding timeline can stay on track with clear pickup windows and a single point of contact. Call 361-371-4197 for a free wedding transportation quote!

San Antonio Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Texas Hill Country wine trail is an hour or so north of San Antonio on US-290 West toward Fredericksburg, and it is one of the most rewarding group day trips the region offers. Move over Napa Valley — the Hill Country has over 50 wineries within a two-hour drive of the city, including Becker Vineyards (464 Becker Farms Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624), Alta Bella Winery, and Signal Ridge Winery, all within a short drive of each other on US-290. A San Antonio party bus rental keeps your group together across every tasting room — no designated driver, no splitting into three cars, no hunting for parking at each stop.
For pub crawls closer to home, the Pearl District and Southtown arts corridor give your group back-to-back options — from craft beers at San Antonio Brewing Company (Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78210) to cocktails at the bars lining South Alamo Street. Your group stays in one vehicle and the route is handled for you. Call 361-371-4197 for a free San Antonio winery tour transportation quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our San Antonio Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in San Antonio, Texas?
San Antonio party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Current ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Pricing is affected by the event date, mileage, and vehicle type — but you will always know the exact price before you book.
The fastest way to get a number for your specific trip is to call 361-371-4197 — we provide all-inclusive quotes in under 30 seconds with no hidden costs.
Where does a charter bus or party bus drop off at the Alamodome?
The Alamodome (100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203) has designated bus and oversized vehicle drop-off lanes on Montana Street along the north side of the building. For major events, the surrounding blocks — particularly Market Street, Cesar Chavez Boulevard, and the I-37 access roads — see significant congestion in the hour before doors open. Event-day parking in the adjacent surface lots ranges from $15 to $30 and sells out before game time for high-demand events.
We recommend checking the official Alamodome parking page before your visit to confirm current lot availability and any street closures tied to your event.
How does a party bus pick up my group at San Antonio International Airport?
At San Antonio International Airport (SAT), commercial buses stage in the holding area and move to the Arrivals curbside when called. The correct pickup doors are on the lower Arrivals level of both Terminal A and Terminal B — follow the Ground Transportation signs from baggage claim. Have your group collect all luggage and assemble at the agreed-upon door before calling for the bus.
Do not call for the vehicle until your full group is together — timing coordination at SAT is everything, and the curbside loading window is limited. The SAT Ground Transportation page has current commercial vehicle procedures if plans change on arrival.
When is the best time to book a bus for Fiesta San Antonio?
Fiesta San Antonio runs for 10 days each April, drawing over 3.5 million visitors to events across the city — Battle of Flowers, Fiesta Flambeau, A Night in Old San Antonio, and dozens of smaller events scattered through downtown and the neighborhoods. Vehicle availability in San Antonio tightens dramatically during Fiesta week, and rates move toward the high end of their ranges as demand peaks. Book at least 3–4 months in advance — ideally by January — to secure your preferred vehicle size and lock in current pricing.
Groups that wait until March frequently find limited availability or need to accept a different vehicle configuration than they originally wanted.
What are some sample party bus quotes in San Antonio?
River Walk Bachelorette Night: A 22-person group booked a 25-passenger party bus for a 5-hour bachelorette night covering the Esquire Tavern, Paramour Rooftop Bar, and Cowboys Dancehall. Pickup at 7:30 PM from a hotel on Commerce Street, last drop at 1:00 AM. All-inclusive rental: $1,450 (~$66/person).
Spurs Playoff Game: A 38-person fan group booked a 40-passenger charter bus for a 4-hour run to Frost Bank Center. Pickup at 5:00 PM from a parking lot in Alamo Heights, arena drop-off by 5:45 PM, post-game pickup at 10:30 PM. All-inclusive rental: $1,200 (~$32/person).
Hill Country Winery Tour: A 28-person group booked a 30-passenger party bus for a 9-hour day trip from San Antonio to three Fredericksburg wineries on US-290 West. Pickup at 9:30 AM, return by 7:00 PM. All-inclusive rental: $2,100 (~$75/person).
Pro tip: Book Hill Country winery tours for spring and fall weekends at least 6–8 weeks ahead — those dates fill faster than almost any other itinerary in the market.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your San Antonio party bus at least 3–6 months in advance for the best price and vehicle selection. Early booking is especially important during Fiesta San Antonio (April), prom season (April–May), Spurs playoff runs (April–June), and the NBA/AHL All-Star periods when hotel and event demand spikes across the city. For most other events, 2–4 weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your options.
Lock in your bus as soon as your headcount is confirmed. Call 361-371-4197 right now to lock in your date!
Popular San Antonio Party Bus Destinations
A San Antonio party bus itinerary can take your group to some of the most visited venues and neighborhoods in Texas. Our list below covers the top stops — with logistics that matter for groups arriving by bus — to help you start planning your trip.

Frost Bank Center
Home of the San Antonio Spurs since 2002, Frost Bank Center seats 18,418 for basketball and hosts arena-scale concerts and family shows year-round. The arena sits off I-37 East at AT&T Center Parkway, about 3 miles east of downtown. On game and event nights, the surface parking lots along AT&T Center Parkway fill within 90 minutes of doors — premium lots directly adjacent to the arena cost $20–$30, while free parking is available in Lot 9 and 10 further out with a longer walk.
Rideshare pickup is in a designated zone on the far east side of the complex, a meaningful walk after a long game. A charter bus drops your group at the covered main entrance on AT&T Center Pkwy and the bus waits in the bus lot for post-event pickup. We recommend reviewing the official Frost Bank Center parking page before your event to confirm current lot assignments and any closures.
Address: 1 AT&T Center Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78219
Phone: (210) 444-5000

The Alamodome
The Alamodome (100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203) is San Antonio's largest event venue, hosting NCAA Final Four tournaments, major college football bowl games, monster truck events, and arena-scale concerts. Capacity exceeds 65,000 for some configurations. The dome sits just south of downtown on the near east side, accessible from I-37 at the Cesar Chavez exit and from I-10 West via the downtown exits.
Event-day street parking on Montana Street and Market Street fills in the two hours before doors, with lot pricing ranging from $15 to $40 depending on distance from the building. Bus drop-off is along Montana Street on the north side. After major events, I-37 North and the US-281 entrance ramps back up for 30–45 minutes.
One charter bus handles your whole group and cuts out the post-event lot scramble entirely. Check the Alamodome parking and directions page for current event-day lot assignments.
Address: 100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203
Phone: (210) 207-3663

San Antonio River Walk
The San Antonio River Walk stretches 15 miles through the heart of the city, with the densest concentration of restaurants, bars, and live music venues along the downtown Museum Reach and the commercial strip between Commerce Street and St. Mary's Street. On weekend evenings and during Fiesta San Antonio, street parking within walking distance of the River Walk is essentially gone by 7 PM, and metered spots on Navarro, St. Mary's, and Commerce fill before that. The closest public parking garages — Market Square Garage and the Rivercenter Mall garage — charge $10–$20 on event nights and require several blocks of walking in either direction.
A party bus drops your group at curbside access points along the downtown River Walk and returns for pickup when you are ready, without the parking expense or the post-night walk back to a distant garage.
Address: 849 E Commerce St, San Antonio, TX 78205 (River Walk Visitor Center)
Phone: (210) 227-4262

The Pearl District
The Pearl District (200 E Grayson St, San Antonio, TX 78215) sits on the northern Museum Reach of the River Walk and has developed into one of San Antonio's most-visited food, drink, and weekend market destinations. Culinary Institute of America students cook here, the weekend farmers market draws thousands every Saturday and Sunday morning, and restaurants like Cured, Battalion, and Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery routinely fill for weekend dinner service. Pearl's on-site parking lot off Grayson Street is compact and overwhelmed on farmers market days and weekend evenings; street parking on Ester, Newell, and the surrounding blocks is metered and limited.
A minibus is the right fit for groups visiting the Pearl for a dinner outing or a morning market run — easy drop-off at the Grayson Street plaza entrance, no circling the block for a spot.
Address: 200 E Grayson St, San Antonio, TX 78215
Phone: (210) 212-7260

Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Six Flags Fiesta Texas (17000 IH-10 W, San Antonio, TX 78257) sits in a former limestone quarry on the northwest side of the city, accessible from I-10 West at the Six Flags Drive exit. The park sees peak attendance from Memorial Day through Labor Day and during Fright Fest in October, when the I-10 West exit backs up for a mile or more and on-site parking costs $30–$40 per vehicle. Charter buses park in the designated oversized vehicle section of the main lot — the bus parking section is near the front of the lot, making re-boarding straightforward at day's end when guests are tired and the Texas heat has been running all afternoon.
School and youth group field trips benefit most from this setup: everyone boards together at the school, rides together to the park, and returns together — no counting cars in the exit queue. We highly recommend checking the Six Flags Fiesta Texas park map before your trip for current lot assignments and entry procedures.
Address: 17000 IH-10 W, San Antonio, TX 78257
Phone: (210) 697-5050

The Alamo
The Alamo (300 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205) is the most-visited site in Texas, drawing over 1.6 million visitors annually to the 1836 battle site and its surrounding plaza in the heart of downtown. Admission to the church and Long Barrack is free; the expanded Alamo museum scheduled for full opening in the mid-2020s will anchor an entirely reimagined site experience. Public parking within walking distance of Alamo Plaza — the Rivercenter Mall garage, the Crockett Street garage, and meters on Alamo and Commerce Streets — fills early on weekdays and nearly immediately on weekend mornings during peak season.
A charter bus or minibus drops your group directly at the Alamo Plaza curbside, which puts guests a literal 50 feet from the entrance. It is the gateway to the entire downtown San Antonio sightseeing corridor. For groups combining the Alamo with the River Walk and Market Square in a single day, one bus handling all three stops is the only way to stay on schedule.
